Rebel Orkney – meet the authors at J. Gow Rum

The writer Fiona Grahame and I will be on hand at the J. Gow Rum and Orkney Wine Company shop on Lamb Holm, Orkney, this Saturday, 16th of October 2021, from 2-4pm. If you would like to talk to us about our book Rebel Orkney, or purchase a copy, please do come along. We are also happy to sign them.

Many thanks to Collin Van Schayk of J. Gow Rum for his support in agreeing to stock Rebel Orkney, and for hosting this event. You can also take the opportunity to sample some of his fine rum, for which he is garnering quite a reputation. There is a connection with Rebel Orkney – the Orcadian Pirate Gow is one of several infamous characters featured in the book.

Rebel Orkney, published by Orkney News Ltd. is available to order from all good book sellers. We have had some issues with the printer and understand several people have experienced delays in their orders being fulfilled.
