As an artist I take great care to ensure that depictions of my work you see online, or in print, are accurate reproductions of what I saw when I was creating it. I only work with professional printers that understand colour management and can deliver fine-art quality prints or photographs of the requisite quality and accuracy.
With that said, if you have purchased an original artwork, print, or other item, and are unhappy with it for any reason, please get in touch. You can reply to the email you received upon ordering, or use the contact form to send an email via this site.
Change of mind
If you have simply changed your mind about your purchase, you can return it to me within one month of receipt of goods for a full refund, provided the item is undamaged. You will need to pay the return postage. Please use the original packaging or similar to protect goods in the post.
Faulty or damaged goods
If there is a fault or other problem with goods you have received, contact me for a refund or replacement within one month. I will also refund the cost of postage if a faulty item needs to be returned.
Returns on digital goods
Due to their nature, digital goods cannot be returned. Refunds will only be issued if it can be reasonably demonstrated that the purchase was a mistake.
Third party retailers
Some items, for example the Rebel Orkney book, are sold by third party retailers and will have been purchased through their store. In that case you will be bound by the return policy of the retailer concerned.
Your statutory rights are unaffected by this policy.
